Outdoor Catering stations at events like music festivals and concerts. I am sure that this is correct because, if you think about it, when people attend such events, particularly music festivals, they are a captive audience for food. If they are there over a few days they will absolutely rely on the
Outdoor Catering to be fed and I think there is a lot of money to be made, particularly if the food I sell is of the very highest quality. I have thought that I would set up a curry stall because everybody I make this type of food for absolutely raves about it and, because it is relatively easy to prepare and does not mind sitting around for a while it is the perfect sort of food for this type of event. I know that I will need all the equipment to carry out the catering but I am sure this will not be too difficult to source. I find the idea very exciting indeed.
